School Age Children Immunisations

The Public Health arm of NHS England has decided that it is more effective and efficient for all school age children to receive ALL their immunisations from a single organisation; the provider is Derbyshire Health Community Services

As Practices are no longer involved in this aspect of healthcare all queries about such immunisations (including historical information) should be directed to them on 01283 707170.

Alternatively we can provide a printout of these from your child’s records free of charge.

Dermatology Services

Your GP can refer you into a dermatology clinic with Dr Mark Wood.  These clinics are held at Bakewell Medical Centre.  

Citizens Advice Bureau

We have an Advice Worker from the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), in the Surgery every Friday afternoon.

They can give you advice to help you resolve any legal, financial or any other problems, for example debt problems, housing problems, issues with benefit, employment problems, consumer problems or discrimination problems.
